Dulce de Leche Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup of strongly brewed coffee)

  • 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche

Instructions:

  1. Start by brewing your espresso or coffee using your preferred method.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam. Do not let it boil.

  3. Once the milk is hot, remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the dulce de leche until it is fully dissolved and the milk is creamy and smooth.

  4. Pour the prepared espresso or coffee into a mug. Slowly pour the dulce de leche-infused milk into the mug with the espresso or coffee, stirring gently to combine.

  5. If desired, top your dulce de leche latte with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or cocoa powder for extra flavor.
